MATT R. LOHR is the co-author of Dan O'Bannon's Guide to Screenplay Structure. An award-winning screenwriter, Lohr regularly lectures on film and writing at genre conventions, writers' events, film festivals, and colleges nationwide. His writing on cinema has appeared in Produced By, the magazine of the Producers Guild of America; in the Wiley-Blackwell book A Companion to Martin Scorsese; and on his own blog, "The Movie Zombie"(themoviezombie.blogspot.com). The son of a son of a steelworker from Pittsburgh, PA, Matt currently lives in Burbank, CA.
